1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
• MATCHERIAL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.

2. Product Representation & Accuracy

• Visual Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance depends on your monitor and device settings; we cannot guarantee an exact match to the physical product.
• Unique Designs: Many of our products are designer-led and unique. Minor variations in finish or texture are part of the artisanal nature of MATCHERIAL products and are not considered defects.

3. Payments & Security

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe. MATCHERIAL does not store, collect, or have access to your full credit or debit card details at any time.
• By submitting an order, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the designated payment method and that sufficient funds are available.
• All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website. Any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately at info@matcherial.com with your order number.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy below.
• MATCHERIAL reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion (e.g., stock errors, pricing discrepancies, or suspected fraud). In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
• MATCHERIAL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all original tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Undergarments and swimwear (hygiene reasons), items marked “Final Sale,” and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
• To initiate a return, contact info@matcherial.com with your order number. We will respond within 2 business days.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe within 7–15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Force Majeure

MATCHERIAL shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, floods, civil unrest, war, government actions, or failure of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, content, images, copy, and branding on this website are the sole intellectual property of MATCHERIAL. All rights reserved.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual price paid by you for the product(s) in question.
• MATCHERIAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

10. Dispute Resolution

We encourage you to contact us first at info@matcherial.com. We will endeavour to respond within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies under Thai law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
