At MATCHERIAL<\/b>, we take great pride in our designs and the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a fair and transparent return process.<\/p>\n

1. Return Window<\/b><\/h3>\n

    You have 5 days<\/b> from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Requests made after this 5-days period will unfortunately not be accepted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Item Condition<\/b><\/h3>\n

    To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n

      Original State:<\/b> The item must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or scents (e.g., perfume).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Tags & Packaging:<\/b> All original tags must remain attached, and the item should be returned in its original packaging.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Non-Returnable Items<\/b><\/h3>\n

      The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:<\/p>\n

        Items marked as “Sale”<\/b> or purchased during a special promotion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Custom-made<\/b> or bespoke items tailored specifically to your request.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        For hygiene reasons, certain lifestyle products or jewelry may be ineligible for return.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. Defective or Incorrect Items<\/b><\/h3>\n

          If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, MATCHERIAL<\/b> will cover all return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          Note on Artisanal Quality:<\/b> As our products are designer-led, minor variations in color or texture due to screen settings or the handcrafted process are not considered manufacturing defects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. Refund Process<\/b><\/h3>\n

            Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Stripe\/Credit Card<\/b>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            Please allow 7-15 business days<\/b> for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s policy.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            6. Shipping Costs<\/b><\/h3>\n
